Your body is meant to move. If you already have a daily movement practice, congratulate yourself.
If you feel like you can be enhancing how you implement your daily movement and/or exercise practice, take a moment to take an inventory on how much exercise and what kinds of movements you do on a weekly basis.
Exercise Your Mind
To exercise your mind, requires the opposite of that which is required to exercise your body. Just as it is imperative to move your body daily for optimal health, so too, we must practice quieting our mind daily to take care of our mind.
