The holidays often remind us that the greatest gift is to give. To see the joy on another's face from your gift is often more precious than the gifts you receive. The practice of giving is a tool that leads to a powerful ability to manifest. What does manifesting mean anyways? In simple terms, it means to create. Often, when there is something you want in life, the question becomes: how can I manifest or attract that thing into my life?
When we feel lacking in a certain area of our life, we may think “Oh, I want this, and I want that....How will I get it? or, How will I attract what I want?” Well, how about shifting your perspective to a place of giving? Instead of attracting and wanting – which is what the personality wants and needs, how about working from the soul perspective that wants to give? Instead of wanting, think about giving, and begin to ask yourself these questions: What can I give? What is my gift to share? How can I enhance the lives of others? When you work from the place of giving, you manifest from the place of your soul. In order for you to give your soul’s gift, the universe will take care of all the details that you need, and often within this, all the things you want will show up in your life, or you will gain the wisdom that what you thought you wanted and needed, was actually a by-product of your ego and not your wisdom. Therefore, the next time you feel you are lacking, or that something is missing in your life, take a few minutes to tap into that place deep inside of you and ask the question: What can I give? This is the home of powerful manifestation that will help you and the world around you. To read more about the power of manifestation, I highly recommend David Spangler’s book The Laws of Manifestation. Comments are closed.
