Is your health on your priority list? If you find that you make the time to go grocery shopping and actually shop for whole natural foods, and make the time to prepare simple healthy meals, then you are on the right track and are certainly making time to bring your health to optimal levels. However if you find yourself often grabbing breakfast and lunch on the go, or even living off vending machines, it might be time to take a moment to re-evaluate how and where you are spending your time. The one thing you can not negotiate with is there being 24 hours in a day, but you can negotiate what you do with that time.
Recommended Practice: Write down a typical week-day and typical weekend and how many hours are allocated to different activities. Once you can see where your time is going, it may become really clear which activities are not improving your health and which ones are - making it clear which activities you can let go of and replace it with spending time to take care of your health instead. And if you need some help deciding, I certainly advocade that grocery shopping and spending time making simple healthy meals is more important than watching tv or keeping up with facebook. If you care about your health and want to live a more empowered life, you need to make the choices that will take you there. Comments are closed.
