New Year's is often filled with resolutions. If you look at the word resolution, it can be broken down into re-solution. The word “re” can be understood as regarding, concerning, or about. In other words, a resolution regards finding a solution to your problem. If you find that your resolution tends to be the same one as last year, it is time to get clear on your true intention regarding why you want a solution to your problem. Through taking time to get clear about your goals, dreams, and desires, you create a foundation that leads you to fulfilling your dreams. The most important key to achieving success in any resolve, is having a really good reason why you want it. For example, if you say you want to lose 10 pounds, but you have been saying this for the last ten years, chances are you are not clear about why you want it. When you really want something there is clear passion and purpose. There is a reason why you want what you want, and this reason why is what makes all the difference in your ability to follow through on your goals and dreams. Therefore, whatever you resolve to embrace this New Year, make sure you have a really good reason why you want it. Getting clear on what you want and why you want it is the secret to excellence in embracing and inviting your goals to become reality.
