Once we decide we can let go of something (and at times that decision is made for us) – we are left with space. The question becomes what do we do with the new found space? Do we fill it with something that can uplift us to a healthier way of living or do we fill it with some other negative habit?
Is your health on your priority list? If you find that you make the time to go grocery shopping and actually shop for whole natural foods, and make the time to prepare simple healthy meals, then you are on the right track and are certainly making time to bring your health to optimal levels.
